These Operator Terms apply to anyone who applies to list, or lists, a venue or courts on PickleSportsHub.PH ("PSH," "the Platform") — referred to here as "Operator" or "you." They supplement, and don't replace, the general Terms of Service, which still governs your account and use of the Platform generally. Where the two conflict on an operator-specific matter, these Operator Terms control.
Operator applications are submitted through the Platform and reviewed by the PSH admin team before approval. You must provide accurate venue, contact, and business information, including your business permit and/or DTI/SEC registration details where applicable. PSH may request additional documents or clarification before approving an application, and may decline an application at its discretion. Submitting more than one active application at a time, or reapplying while a prior application is still under review, isn't permitted — a new application will be rejected automatically until the existing one is decided.
Operator accounts run on one of the following plans, each covering your total number of active courts platform-wide (not per venue):
Your subscription cost recalculates automatically as you add or remove active courts. Downgrading to a plan below your current active court count isn't permitted until courts are deactivated or removed to fit within the lower plan's limit. Subscription fees, where applicable, are billed separately from booking commission (Section 3) and are non-refundable for the current billing period once a payment is confirmed.
PSH charges a commission of 10% of each confirmed booking made through the Platform, regardless of subscription plan. Commission is deducted before payout; the amount you receive per booking is the player's payment less this commission and less any player-side platform fee that was already disclosed to the player at checkout (never double-charged to you). The current commission rate is also shown in your operator dashboard and may be updated by PSH from time to time, with notice provided on this page and in-product before any change takes effect.
You're responsible for keeping your venue details, court information, pricing, and availability accurate and current. Overbooking a slot already sold through PSH, or listing a court you don't have the right to book out, is a violation of these Terms. Blocked-off dates, maintenance windows, and price changes should be reflected in the Platform promptly so players aren't shown availability that doesn't actually exist.
If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, open play, or tournament for reasons on your side (venue closure, maintenance, double-booking, weather, etc.), the affected player is entitled to a full refund or rebooking at no cost to them — cancellation fees that apply to player-initiated cancellations do not apply when the operator is the one cancelling. Repeated operator-initiated cancellations may be reviewed under Section 8.
Payouts of your net booking revenue (after commission) are currently processed manually by the PSH team on a periodic basis to your registered bank account or preferred payment method, rather than automatically after each booking. You can review your accrued balance, booking-level detail, and payout history at any time in your operator dashboard. Faster, automated payout tiers by plan are planned but not yet active; this page will be updated, and the change reflected in your dashboard, before any automated payout timeline is relied upon as a commitment.
Players may leave reviews of your venue and courts after a completed booking. PSH doesn't edit or remove reviews on an operator's request except where a review violates PSH's general content standards (harassment, spam, unrelated content). If a booking or payment dispute arises between you and a player, contact support@picklesportshub.com — PSH will assist based on the booking, payment, and check-in records held on the Platform.
PSH may suspend or terminate an operator account for cause — including repeated player complaints, safety issues at the venue, inaccurate listings, repeated operator-initiated cancellations, non-payment of subscription fees, or violation of these Terms or the general Terms of Service. A suspended operator, or anyone applying under the same contact details as a suspended operator, may not submit a new operator application while the suspension is active. You may also close your own operator account at any time by contacting support; open bookings will be honored or refunded as arranged with PSH before closure.
Business documents submitted during application (business permit, DTI/SEC registration, and similar) are used only to verify your business and are handled under the general Privacy Policy. You're responsible for keeping this information current if it changes materially after approval.
PSH may update these Operator Terms from time to time, including commission rate or subscription plan changes. Continued operation of your venue on the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes, particularly to commission or plan pricing, will be communicated in advance rather than applied retroactively to bookings already confirmed.
