This Privacy Policy explains how PickleSportsHub.PH ("PSH", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
When you create an account, book a court, join an open play, or apply as an operator, we collect information such as your name, email address, mobile number, and (for operators) venue and business details. Payment is processed by PayMongo — PSH does not store your full card number, CVV, or e-wallet credentials.
We also collect basic analytics about your visit to help us improve the platform: which pages you view, how long you spend on them, your approximate location (country/region/city, derived from your network connection — never your precise IP address), and whether your visit led to an account signup or booking. This data is stored securely in our own systems and is never sold or shared with third parties.
We use your information to create and manage your account, process bookings and payments, send booking confirmations and QR check-in codes, send reminders and notifications about your bookings, and to operate Rally, our AI assistant. We may also use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the Platform and to provide operators with analytics such as peak booking hours.
Your data is stored in our database (hosted on Supabase) and protected by row-level security policies that restrict access based on your account role. We share information with the following service providers strictly to operate the Platform: PayMongo (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), and Google (Rally AI assistant, via a secured server-side proxy — your messages are sent to Google's Gemini API and are not used to train PickleSportsHub's own models). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
PSH uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in between visits and to remember your shopping cart. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access control, row-level security on all database tables, and HMAC-verified payment webhooks. No system is 100% secure, but we work continuously to identify and address risks.
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent for optional data processing. To exercise these rights, email support@picklesportshub.com. Note that some information (such as booking and payment records) may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
PSH is not directed at children under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account without appropriate parental consent, please contact us so we can review and, if necessary, remove the account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
